What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Learn to Swim team, you'll be helping swimmers of all skill levels feel confident and safe in the water. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Delivering fun and engaging swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
- Creating a safe, supportive and positive learning environment in and around the pool
- Encouraging and motivating students to reach their swimming goals
- Communicating progress and achievements with parents and guardians
- Following all aquatic safety guidelines and procedures
- Working collaboratively with your fellow instructors and pool staff

Who We're Looking For

We're after someone who brings great energy and a genuine love for teaching! Here's what we'd love to see in you:

- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for swimming
- Great communication skills and the ability to connect with people of all ages
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills as an instructor




- Reliability and a strong commitment to showing up for your students
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Basic first aid knowledge is a bonus but not essential
