About The Role
As a Field Associate, you'll be speaking with homeowners F2F about solar and battery solutions, educating customers on energy savings, and helping them transition to renewable energy. You'll work alongside a passionate team that is focused on growth, success, and making a genuine difference for Australian families.
Your Responsibilities Engage with homeowners f2f and book them in for an in-house appointment with one of our Solar Specialists / Designers Educate customers on current solar and battery benefit/incentive schemes Build and maintain solid customer relationships Work towards individual and team sales targets Represent the company professionally and positively Who We're Looking For Self-motivated and target-driven Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are confident talking to people Want to learn valuable sales and business skills Enjoy working in a team environment
