An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Senior to Associate Level Hydraulic Engineer to join a Tier 1, multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to become part of a highly regarded Building Services team, working alongside experienced industry professionals and contributing to the delivery of some of Australia's most significant commercial, institutional and infrastructure projects.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued business growth, the business is looking to attract an experienced Hydraulic Engineer who can bring strong technical capability, project delivery experience and, ideally, an interest in developing client relationships and mentoring engineers within the team.

The Chance - Working within an established Building Services team, you will be involved in the design, coordination and delivery of hydraulic services across a diverse range of building projects.

Depending on your experience and career aspirations, the position can be tailored towards a strong technical/project delivery focus or provide a pathway into broader project leadership, client engagement and team management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the design and delivery of hydraulic services for major building projects.
- Managing hydraulic engineering documentation, specifications and technical deliverables.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to Engineers and Graduates.
- Coordinating hydraulic services with other engineering disciplines, architects and project stakeholders.
- Undertaking design reviews,



quality assurance and technical problem-solving.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and project partners.
- Contributing to project management, resourcing and the ongoing growth of the Hydraulic Engineering team.

About You - To be successful in this opportunity, you will ideally bring:

- A recognised tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Hydraulic or Building Services Engineering.
- Extensive experience in Hydraulic Engineering within the Australian Building Services Consulting market.
- Experience delivering hydraulic services design across medium to large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, NCC and industry requirements.
- Proficiency with relevant design and documentation software, including Revit.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities and support the development of junior engineers.
