We are looking for a number of experienced, service driven and personable Assistant Restaurant managers across a number of venues we work with in Sydney, locations available for Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, Sydney Inner West. Robust leadership, dedication and love for the industry are what we are wanting to see, growth opportunities available for enthusiastic up and comers! Venues range from Hatted to casual, upscale to high volume and everything in-between.

- All roles are full-time positions with salary and benefits based off experience and capability, starting from $75K + Super - $95K + Super plus Tips!

Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience in a fine dining, upscale or casual restaurant environments,



ideally in an assistant or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairings, and menu knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and warmth
- Proficiency with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale technology

Preferred Qualifications

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification current and valid
