About the role
As the Store Manager you will be a visible and inspiring leader championing both team performance and strong customer experiences. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will lead a team whilst playing a key role in the operational side of the store. A strong focus of this position is the coaching and development of your team members. You’ll empower your team through consistent training, ensuring they are confident in product knowledge alongside feature and benefit selling.
The ideal candidate will be a natural people leader who thrives on building genuine relationships and guiding customers throughout their sales journey.
Skills and experience
- Management experience within a consultative sales environment highly regarded
- Genuinely enjoys feature and benefit selling
- An independent leader who can work autonomously
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Ability to drive team engagement with coaching and development
