ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join the distribution team of a globally recognised beauty and cosmetics brand based in Dandenong South.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing Monday–Friday work within a well-established international business, working alongside a supportive team in a busy distribution environment.

Whether you're looking for afternoon or night work, these positions offer competitive hourly rates, consistent shifts and opportunities to earn additional money through overtime.

GREAT HOURLY RATES & AVAILABLE SHIFTS Afternoon Shift

- 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- $35.35 per hour

Night Shift

- 6:00pm – 12:00am
- $39.59 per hour

Additional earning potential

- Rates up to $43.83 per hour across applicable rates.
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Monday to Friday roster, with weekend work when required.

WHAT'S INVOLVED? This isn't just a forklift role where you'll be sitting on a machine all day. You'll be an important part of the warehouse operation, helping keep stock moving and orders flowing.
Your duties will include:

- Operating high-reach forklifts for replenishment, putaways and order picking.
- Retrieving and storing stock within warehouse racking.
- Using RF scanners to complete stock movements and order picking.




- Operating a tugger when required.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties.
- Working closely with other warehouse team members to meet daily targets.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working workplace.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We want operators who are confident on a high-reach forklift, take safety seriously and can hit the ground running.
To be considered, you will need:

- Current and valid Australian LF Forklift Licence.
- Ideally 2+ years of high-reach forklift experience.
- Strong warehouse and distribution experience.
- Confidence operating at height and working within racking environments.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- A strong focus on workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Unlimited Australian working rights.
