Job Description

We’re looking for an adaptable and hands-on Business Systems Engineer to help design, build, integrate and continuously improve the technology supporting our growing business.

This is a broad role for someone who enjoys working across software, integrations, data, automation, SaaS platforms, DevOps and emerging AI capabilities.

Reporting to the Technology Solutions Lead, you’ll contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and designing practical solutions through to development, testing, deployment and production support.

Quality is central to this role. You’ll build solutions, review the work of others and independently validate changes before they move into production.

What you’ll do

- Build, test and support applications, APIs, webhooks, integrations and automated workflows




- Translate business requirements into practical, secure and supportable technology solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release-quality controls
- Review and independently validate code, configurations and technical changes
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, deployment and production issues
- Work with enterprise data platforms, SQL and reporting services
- Develop deep technical knowledge of key business-critical SaaS platforms
- Explore AI-enabled solutions while maintaining solid security, governance and quality standards
- Improve documentation, monitoring, supportability and engineering practices
