About Us:

We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team and work across our building projects.

The Role:
As a Painter with P&Y; Group, you will be working directly alongside our building team on residential and commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of finish on current builds, renovations, and other projects, ensuring all painting work meets our quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting (including sanding, filling, and cleaning) on new and existing construction projects.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Work collaboratively with builders, trades,



and site supervisors to meet project schedules.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality finish and in line with project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on active building sites.
- Communicate effectively with the site team and clients.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Painter, ideally within the construction/building industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy site team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic.
