You will follow care plans, build positive relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders while responding to crisis situations and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have a Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or be working toward it), current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and a valid Australian driver’s license.
