About the Role As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with and delivering restoration works to properties affected by events such as storms, flooding, fire, and other natural disasters. You will play a key role in returning damaged buildings to safe, compliant and functional condition.
Salary: $60,000 + Super (Junior Technicians) - Up to $80,000 + Super (Experienced Technicians) + Company Van
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct water damage restoration, structural drying and moisture monitoring
- Assist with fire and smoke damage remediation
- Perform strip-outs and demolition works as required
- Install drying equipment and monitor progress
- Liaise professionally with clients, insurers and project managers
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in restoration, remedial works, construction, or a trade background (highly regarded)
- Junior candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply
- White Card (required)
- Current driver’s licence (required)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and qualified presentation
- Physically fit and willing to work in varied site conditions
