Regional Manager - Western Australia

Full-time, Permanent | Attractive Salary Package + Car Allowance + Performance Bonus

DNA Recruitment is partnering with an established international technical-services organisation to appoint a people-focused and commercially capable Regional Manager for its Western Australian operation.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for service delivery, sales, projects, warehouse operations and regional financial performance.

The successful candidate will be an approachable leader who can build trust, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships and introduce practical improvements that support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead WA operations across service, sales, projects and warehouse functions.
- Build an engaged, accountable and customer-focused team culture.
- Coach managers and employees while constructively managing performance.
- Manage revenue, expenditure, margins, budgets and regional profitability.
- Improve service delivery, technician utilisation, scheduling and customer response.
- Grow recurring service revenue and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Support major tenders, projects and strategic customer negotiations.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Introduce practical process and operational improvements.
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and business integrity.
- Report regional performance and priorities to senior executive leadership.

About You

You may currently be a Regional Manager, State Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager or Business Unit Manager ready to take broader ownership of a regional operation.

You will bring:

- Leadership experience within a technical service, maintenance or project-based business.
- Experience managing field technicians,



service operations, maintenance contracts or project teams.
- A genuine people-focused approach with examples of developing, engaging and retaining employees.
- Robust commercial capability across revenue, budgets, costs, margins and profitability.
- Demonstrated success improving service performance, business results or customer satisfaction.
- Experience developing key accounts, growing service portfolios or supporting tenders.
- The ability to lead change while gaining the trust and support of the existing team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- A practical, visible and hands-on leadership style.
- Professional judgement, personal accountability and a solutions-focused approach.

Experience within automatic doors, lifts and escalators, HVAC, building services, facilities maintenance, industrial equipment, electrical or mechanical services will be highly regarded.

Direct industry experience is not essential where you can demonstrate strongly transferable technical-service leadership.
