Working closely with senior stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and business leaders, you'll help build a strategic, reusable Pega capability that delivers long-term business value.Your new roleAs a Pega Principal Solution Designer, you will lead business architecture and solution design across enterprise Pega programs. You will facilitate discovery workshops, translate business objectives into Pega-aligned solutions, and guide the development of customer journeys, case types, workflows, and business rules. You will provide leadership for the Pega Centre of Excellence (CoE), establish governance standards, promote reusable platform capabilities, and leverage Pega Blueprint and AI-enabled discovery tools to accelerate solution delivery. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, mentoring teams, roadmap planning, pre-sales support, and ensuring delivered solutions achieve measurable business outcomes.What you'll need to succeed

- Extensive experience as a Pega Business Architect or Lead Business Architect delivering complex enterprise transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Pega Business Architecture, case management, process modelling, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery
- Pega Business Architect Certification (required)




- Experience leading or contributing to a Pega Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business challenges into scalable Pega solutions
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, reusable platform capabilities, and business architecture best practices
- Experience with Pega Blueprint and AI-enabled discovery approaches
- Ability to lead business architecture activities across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment phases
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience mentoring Business Architects and developing capability within delivery teams
- Exposure to sales and pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimation, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
