Your recent companyOur client is a well-established residential construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality new home builds and renovations across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their team on an ongoing basis.
Your new roleWorking as part of a skilled site team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry works across residential construction projects. You will be involved in all aspects of framing, fit-out and finishing carpentry while maintaining exceptional workmanship and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:

- Structural framing and lock-up carpentry
- Fixing and finishing works
- Installation of doors, windows and cabinetry
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Working collaboratively with site supervisors and subcontractors
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment




- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard

What you'll need to succeed
- Trade qualification in Carpentry
- Proven experience within residential construction
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings
- White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
