We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to lead the structural delivery of mid-rise residential buildings within a large staged development. This is a hands-on role for a strong site leader who can coordinate formwork, concrete, steel, and associated trades to keep programmes moving safely and efficiently.
About the Role
You will take ownership of all structural works on site, working closely with the Site Manager and project team to deliver quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day structural construction activities
- Coordinating formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and subcontractors
- Driving programme targets and sequencing works efficiently
- Ensuring quality standards and safety compliance are met
- Solving site issues and keeping productivity high
- Communicating clearly with trades and supervisors
About You
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on residential or similar projects
- Strong understanding of concrete structures and construction sequencing
- Ability to lead subcontractors and crews on active sites
- Solid safety awareness and practical problem-solving skills
Trade background preferred, along with relevant site certifications.
