You will lead a small team, provide authoritative advice to senior leaders on complex issues, and oversee cases from assessment to resolution. You will translate legislation and policy into practical guidance, coach other HR Partners, and strengthen capability across Treasury. The role combines hands-on ER expertise with leadership and continuous improvement.
