As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with our General Practitioners and play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone Conduct detailed patient assessments to support improved health outcomes Develop and coordinate chronic disease management care plans in line with current CCM requirements Maintain accurate and confidential patient and clinic records Uphold infection control and cold chain management standards Administer vaccinations, spirometry,



and ECGs Provide high-quality wound care Assist GPs with minor surgical procedures Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team About you Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Current Qualified Indemnity Insurance Unrestricted working rights in Australia Friendly, confident, and caring with excellent communication skills Well-presented and professional in all interactions Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Calm under pressure and adaptable in a busy practice setting Ethical, reliable, and motivated to grow professionally Organised and proactive, with the ability to take initiative
