Senior Siebel CRM Software Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Siebel CRM Software Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise technology environment delivering critical digital services. This is an opportunity to work on complex CRM solutions, contribute to major transformation initiatives, and provide technical leadership within a highly experienced delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain applications on the Siebel CRM platform
- Configure Siebel solutions using Siebel Tools, Workflows and Business Services
- Develop integrations using Siebel EAI and Integration Objects
- Build and support Open UI / TBUI solutions
- Develop and execute data migration and data load activities using EIM
- Produce technical designs and solution documentation
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews and quality assurance activities
- Support release, deployment and code packaging activities
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across the development lifecycle
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience developing and configuring Siebel CRM applications
- Hands-on expertise with Siebel Tools, Workflows, eScript and Business Services
- Experience with Siebel Integration (EAI), Integration Objects and Open UI/TBUI
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Siebel implementations
- Strong understanding of software design, systems integration and deployment practices
- Experience preparing technical design documentation and solution artefacts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience
- Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
- Siebel architecture and deployment activities
- Configuration management and release management practices
- Experience working within large enterprise or government environments
