TOM People and I are working with a leading ASX-listed organisation to recruit a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant. Managing a diverse portfolio of critical infrastructure assets across Australia, this organisation plays a vital role in supporting the nation's transition to a lower-carbon future.

Reporting to the Finance Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group & ASX reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision-making across the business.

Role responsibilities

- Prepare ASX disclosures, Board reporting, Annual Report disclosures and external reporting deliverables.
- Analyse financial performance, cash flow, and key business metrics,



providing insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, controls, and financial systems.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance to ensure reporting accuracy and governance excellence.

About you

- CA qualified with 7 years of experience including 4 years of Big 4 audit training and exposure to ASX-listed clients.
- 2-3 years' experience in Group Reporting within a listed or large corporate environment.
- Robust technical accounting knowledge and experience preparing external reporting disclosures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
