Currently with 24 staff, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join the Focus Networks team and help kick our client’s IT goals.

About the role:

You will be assisting the Operations Director and the Project Coordinator to ensure existing client's satisfaction, retention and growth. With your solid customer service skill set you will be communicating with our clients on a regular basis.

You will be:

Responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving retention and organic growth and identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand client partnerships. Please note this is an account management role, not a business development role.

- Ensuring client satisfaction.

- Generating client quotations and proposals.

- Monitoring client performance.
