Neo Interior Design is an established boutique interior design studio specialising in high-end residential interiors, renovations and furniture curation.

We’re a close-knit, creative team working from our beautiful Attadale studio, and we’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Junior Creative Director’s Assistant to join us!

This is a rare opportunity to get your foot in the door of the interior design industry, gain hands-on experience and work directly alongside our Founder & Creative Director.

The Role

No two days will be the same! You’ll be the extra pair of hands that keeps our Creative Director organised, our studio looking beautiful and our team running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Creative Director Support: Managing calendars, emails, appointments, reminders and daily priorities.

- Meeting Preparation: Setting up client meetings, taking minutes and following up action items.

- Studio Organisation: Keeping our studio tidy, welcoming and beautifully presented, including light cleaning and preparing meeting spaces.

- Samples & Suppliers: Ordering, collecting and organising our materials and samples library.

- Administration: Responding to routine emails, preparing documents, researching and assisting with office tasks.

- Errands & Logistics: Running business and occasional personal errands, including supplier collections and deliveries.

- Team Support: Helping our designers and project team with day-to-day tasks.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally organised, thinks two steps ahead and loves making things happen.

You’ll bring:

- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Previous interior design experience isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, initiative and willingness to get involved!

Interior design students, recent graduates and candidates with junior administration or personal assistant experience are encouraged to apply.
