Duties include:

- Assisting the head chef in providing an productive service.

- Compliance with the Food Safety act and our food safety system.

- Ensure the highest quality, consistency and standard of food product is served in all outlets.

The successful applicants must have:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Be honest and reliable with a positive approach to service excellence.

- Genuine desire to learn

- Be able to work as part of a team.

- Be neat, tidy and well presented at all times.

Able to work on a flexible roster which may include weekends and nights.
