Beechworth Wine Estates is a family-run boutique winery located just 4km from the historic town of Beechworth. Established in 2003, our 53-acre estate produces small-batch, cool-climate wines, with a focus on low-intervention, high-quality winemaking across a diverse range of varieties.

About you

You will ideally have:

● Practical winemaking experience.

● Competence in forklift operation.

● A hands-on, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

● A strong commitment to quality, workplace safety and a positive working workplace.

Laboratory experience would be an advantage to the successful candidate.

We are seeking a hands-on, versatile Winemaker to join our small team for the vintage period.

Working closely with the owner and consultant winemaker, the role offers a varied mix of winery responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

● Conducting and supervising vintage operations for the production of small-batch, high-quality wines.

● Winery operations including barrel work, blending, cleaning and basic laboratory work.

● General estate duties as required.
