This is an excellent chance for someone with experience in superannuation operations, incidents, complaints, risk or governance who enjoys analytical and investigative work, solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for investigating operational incidents, identifying root causes and coordinating remediation activities to ensure quality outcomes for members and stakeholders.
Working closely with operational, risk and compliance teams, you'll help strengthen controls, improve processes and support a strong risk-aware culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate operational incidents and service issues from identification through to resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis and assess member and business impacts
- Coordinate remediation activities and monitor actions through to completion
- Prepare transparent, accurate and timely incident reporting and documentation
- Analyse incident data to identify trends and improvement opportunities




- Support governance, risk and compliance obligations
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen processes and operational controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member outcomes

About You

You will bring:

- Experience within superannuation, financial services or a regulated environment
- Exposure to incidents, complaints, risk, remediation or operational governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and reporting capabilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and driving improvements
