Job description:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards.

- Operate and maintain coffee machine, coffee grinder, and other beverage equipment.

- Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.

- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, skilled manner.

- Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.

- Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.

- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.

- Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.

- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

About You:

- Barista skills highly regarded

- Able to start early morning shifts and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- An up-to-date Victorian RSA

- Relevant experience in a similar role





- Basic wine knowledge highly regarded

- Ability to prepare essential cocktails

- Working rights in Australia

- Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest
