What you'll be doing:

- Inspiring the Crew: Lead, train, and motivate the team to serve up smiles and Peninsula Fair's favorite hot cinnamon donuts daily.

- Ruling Operations: Manage daily store operations, staff and rostering, stock ordering and inventory, and maintain food safety standards.

- Driving Results: Maximise sales targets and manage labor costs while keeping customer satisfaction at an all-time high.

- Creating Magic: Ensure the display case looks spectacular and the coffee is always extracted to perfection.

What we're looking for:

- Retail Royalty: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a rapid-paced food environment. Minimum 2yrs barista experience is essential.

- Natural Hustle: A hands-on leader who thrives during the busy morning rushes.

- Top-Tier Communication: Someone who builds fantastic rapport with the local Kippa-Ring community and inspires team loyalty.

- Sharp Business Sense:



Experience in monitoring targets, managing stock, and handling basic store admin.

The support you'll get:

- Direct Owners & Operations Support: You won’t be managing in isolation. You will work closely with the owner, the Operations Manager (remotely), and a Donut King brand territory manager, all who are dedicated to removing roadblocks and helping you succeed.

- Comprehensive Onboarding: We provide a structured training program to get you fully comfortable with our systems, ordering processes, and team dynamics from day one.

- Operational Autonomy with a Safety Net: We trust you to run your store and lead your team, but we are always just a phone call away for strategic advice, busy holiday planning, or emergency troubleshooting.

- Streamlined Systems: We provide the tools and systems you need so you can focus on leading your people and serving the Kippa-Ring community.

This is a full time position Monday-Friday with weekends as required, with minimum 1 closing shift per fortnight (6:30pm finish)
