Quinn Allan is partnering with a leading Australian organisation to appoint an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to a key executive leadership position.
Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping business performance, supporting strategic priorities and providing trusted financial leadership.
This opportunity will suit a commercially astute finance executive who thrives in complex environments and enjoys operating as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders while driving operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
- Drive commercial outcomes through insight-led decision-making and business partnering.
- Support investment decisions, strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management and financial stewardship.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance function.
- Contribute to key business initiatives and organisational priorities.
About You
You have operated at CFO or Divisional CFO level and bring a proven track record of providing strategic financial leadership within complex organisations.
You will bring:
- Significant executive finance leadership experience
- Strong commercial, strategic and analytical capability
- Experience operating within complex and stakeholder-rich environments
- Exposure to financial services,
investments, wealth management, funds management, capital markets or similarly sophisticated sectors
- Demonstrated success leading change, business improvement or strategic initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Relevant tertiary and skilled qualifications, including CA, CPA or equivalent.
