We need someone to keep the lights on. We're electricians, so that's usually our job, but this time we mean the office.

North To South Electrical & Air Conditioning is a veteran owned, family run business based at Adelaide Airport. Our sparkies and AC techs are flat out all over Adelaide. We need a switched-on Office Manager to keep the jobs, phones and people moving.

What you'll actually do

- Run the schedule and get the crew where they need to be

- Answer the phones (yes, people still ring)

- Build real relationships with our clients, owners and property managers

- Build and review our office systems, and fix what's clunky

- Run payroll in Xero

- Keep ServiceM8 tidy and do a bit of invoicing

You'll need

- Proper scheduling experience. This one's a must.





- A cool head when three people want you at the same time

Bonus points

- ServiceM8 or Tapi experience

- Xero payroll
