Purpose
Drive occupancy, revenue growth and brand performance across a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation properties through strategic marketing, leasing support and partnership development. This role is responsible for delivering integrated campaigns, enhancing the student customer journey, building key industry relationships and supporting portfolio performance through data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement and commercial marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive occupancy, leasing outcomes and revenue growth.
Manage digital campaigns, agency relationships and marketing budgets across the portfolio.
Build partnerships with universities, education agents and student organisations.
Analyse market trends, campaign performance and customer insights to optimise results.




Support resident acquisition, retention and brand awareness initiatives across all properties.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated success delivering marketing strategies that achieve occupancy, revenue and commercial targets.
Solid expertise across digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and analytics.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and partnership relationships.
Highly developed commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting and campaign performance.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building and organisational skills within complex portfolio environments.
