Lead a team of 8 technicians and 2 apprentices across commercial high rise buildings, retail sites and other commercial facilities throughout Melbourne.
This is a hands on leadership role combining technical support, team development and client relationships. Alongside guiding your team through challenging faults, you will assist with overflow service work, quote repairs and replacement works, and identify opportunities to grow existing and new client accounts.

Additional experience
• Solid commercial HVAC&R; experience, particularly within high rise buildings
• Confidence identifying service opportunities and preparing quotations
• Essential services fire testing and fire damper testing experience highly regarded
• Clear, accurate service reporting and a valid driver’s licence
• Previous experience with a commercial HVAC service provider is essential,



including hands on HVAC maintenance, fault finding and essential services fire testing.
