- Qualified Assistants: Previous orthodontic experience is ideal but not essential
- Trainees/School Leavers:



No prior experience needed — we’ll support you through the Certificate III in Dental Assisting (12–18 month traineeship with on-the-job learning plus study at RMIT) Day-to-day responsibilities
- Chair-side assisting during treatments
- Patient flow and appointment management
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control
- Surgery preparation and stock management
