A friendly face. A calm voice. A big difference. Great with people and love keeping things organised? You could be the next friendly face at Bushland Beach Medical Centre. We are looking for a reliable, approachable casual medical receptionist, who can make patients feel welcome while keeping a busy reception desk running smoothly. Your day could include:
- Answering calls and managing appointments
- Welcoming patients and updating their details
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
- Supporting our doctors, nurses and reception team We would love someone who brings:
- Warmth, patience and explicit communication
- Attention to detail and respect to confidentiality
- A calm approach when things get busy
- Flexibility to cover shifts and staff leave Preferred but not essential, experience in Best Practice, HotDoc, Cubiko, and PRODA.
