Petit Crenn Melbourne, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is a premium cafe and wine bar in Melbourne. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and support the Bar & F&B; team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from Tuesday to Saturday, including rostering, payroll, and onboarding. You will uphold service standards, food quality, and presentation, conduct coaching, monitor guest feedback, and drive sales through menu knowledge and promotions. Solid wine knowledge is a plus.
