Located within the vibrant Manly Pacific precinct, Cibaria is an Italian-inspired all-day dining destination offering breakfast, lunch, pastries, coffee, gelato, and takeaway in a fast-paced coastal environment.

Working across our café and casual dining operations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café menu items to a high standard
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
- Assist with stock rotation, prep, and kitchen organisation
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams What We're Looking For
