We’re looking for experienced Mineral Exploration Field Technicians to join active programs across the Central West of NSW, one of Australia’s most prospective mineral regions. If you know your way around a drill site, a sampling grid and a long day in the paddock, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting field exploration activities,



which may include soil and rock chip sampling, geological mapping, rig support, auger operation and sampling, core processing and cutting, rehabilitation activities

- Collecting, recording and handling samples and data accurately

- Operating and maintaining field equipment and vehicles

- Working safely and following site procedures at all times

- Pitching in as part of a small, hardworking field crew

About you

- Proven experience in mineral exploration field work (this is not an entry-level role)

- Comfortable with remote and regional field conditions, and the physical demands that come with them

- A solid safety mindset and attention to detail

- Reliable, team-minded and happy to get your hands dirty

- Current driver’s licence (a 4WD licence or experience is a bonus)

- Any tickets or inductions, e.g. First Aid, Standard 11, white card

- Full Australian working rights. Please note we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles.
