Key responsibilities
Manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base Assist in all daily operations within your club
- including sales, admin, cleaning, social media, and spending time engaging with members Work closely with the Club Manager and your team to achieve the clubs goals Assist members with enquiries Promote the club within the local community Drive marketing and advertising campaigns, including in club social media Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment About you Outgoing,



energetic and thrives on interacting with people Self motivated: Willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally Able to work autonomously Proactive: Offer opinions, feedback and current ideas in partnership with the management Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality or similar sectors is desirable Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is required Working with children, first aid, police check, drivers license are a requirement
