- Autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio The Role You will take ownership of a residential property portfolio, overseeing the day-to-day management while delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants.
- Managing an established residential property portfolio from end to end
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinating lease renewals, rent reviews and routine inspections
- Managing maintenance requests,



repairs and property compliance
- Handling arrears, tenancy disputes and tribunal matters where required
- Overseeing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Managing tenancy applications and lease documentation
- Ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation About You
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of residential property management legislation
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing a portfolio autonomously and prioritising competing demands
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with the ability to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
