ComfortDelGro Corporation (CDC) in the Blue Mountains region is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily rosters, allocate drivers and buses, and monitor on-time-running (OTR) against contractual KPIs. You will work with depot and service delivery teams to ensure protected, reliable services for NSW commuters. You will manage fatigue, payroll alignment, incident handling, CCTV records, and liaise with OCC for requests, while maintaining records and reporting hazards.
