Bellingen Shire Council is seeking an Aboriginal-identified Lead for Community Engagement to strengthen relationships with the Gumbaynggirr community. You will develop culturally appropriate engagement processes, provide cultural advice to Council, and guide consultation on a potential Reconciliation Action Plan. Qualified in humanities or social sciences or equivalent, with experience in Aboriginal contexts and robust communication skills, you will work 21 hours per week on a pro rata salary.
