- Be part of a collaborative support team of five Paralegals and Legal Assistants The Role Working within a busy litigation practice, you will support lawyers across a variety of contentious matters (commercial litigation and estate litigation) and play a key role in progressing files. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other stakeholders
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Preparing court documents and briefs to counsel
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting searches and assisting with document and evidence management
- Assisting with billing, diary management, and general matter administration About You To be successful in this role, you will have:




- Minimum 3 years experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant
- Exposure to Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, or a similar litigation areas
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
