Partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to lead people, drive improvements and build a positive, high-performing service.
- Lead, coach and empower nurses to deliver quality care
- Champion consistent, person-centred care across the service

- Drive practice improvements and support positive change
- Shape staffing, rosters, leave and daily work allocation
- Support performance, resource and service planning
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the team
- Guide less experienced nurses and share your expertise About You To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold current or eligible NMBA registration as a Nurse
- Bring strong nursing experience and sound clinical practice
- Enjoy supporting, coaching and growing fellow nursing staff
- Build positive relationships and confidently navigate challenges
- Prioritise effectively and embrace current ideas and improvements
