Hiring | Motel Manager

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Motel Manager to join our business in regional Queensland. This is a live-in position with accommodation can be arranged, ideal for someone looking for a secure, long-term role in a friendly regional community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing motel reception tasks and handling bookings, handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.

2.Plan and oversee the operations of the motel’s bar, restaurant, functions and conference facilities.

3. Oversee housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, security and property presentation.

4.Monitor business revenue, expenses and financial performance.

5.Manage suppliers, contractors and external service providers.

6.Ensure compliance with relevant workplace safety, liquor licensing, gaming and regulatory requirements.





7.Maintain business records and implement operational policies and procedures.

8.Identify business development and marketing opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
