Project Coordinator | Commercial Fit Out | Contract /n About the chance/n /n Our client is an established Design & Construct fit out contractor delivering high-quality office and medical projects across Australia./n /n /n They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Melbourne team on a contract basis, supporting experienced Project Managers across commercial fit out projects valued up to $2M./n /n /n This is an opportunity to broaden your project delivery experience within a supportive, hands-on team./n /n What you’ll do/n /n /n
- Assist with reviewing, negotiating and finalising subcontracts /n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project documentation /n
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day delivery, both in the office and on site /n
- Track project progress and help keep works aligned with programme and budget /n
- Support multiple projects across Australia /n /n What you’ll bring/n /n /n
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial fit out with a head contractor /n




- Experience supporting projects valued up to $2M /n
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills /n
- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects /n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved /n
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the contract /n /n What’s on offer/n /n /n
