Budget Car & Truck Rental is looking for enthusiastic employees to work at our Adelaide suburban locations as a customer service representative.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively helping customers. You will be responsible for creating ethical, skilled, and sustainable environment for our customers.

You will receive comprehensive training while working with a great team of people.

Responsibilities

- Serve customers in a professional manner to perform vehicle check-outs and check-ins
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications

- Applicants must hold a current driver’s licence.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, monitor and organise business demands on daily basis.
- Flexible approach to multiple assigned work
- Work a rotating roster that includes alternate weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
