Black Cockatoo Bakery is looking for an experienced and reliable Part time Pastry Cook to join our team in the Blue Mountains.
The successful candidate will assist with preparing and producing a variety of sweet and savoury pastries, croissants, danishes, tarts and other baked goods.
Previous experience in a commercial bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred. Knowledge of pastry techniques, attention to detail and a passion for quality products are essential.
You must be organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
