Cook / Chef (Casual) | Spaghetti & Jazz – Robina, Gold Coast

Join Spaghetti & Jazz – Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in Robina.
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and passionate Cook/Chef to join our friendly, qualified team in a well-established and popular Gold Coast venue.

This is a casual position offering approximately 12- 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow as we expand into an exciting new venture, creating additional opportunities for hours, production and career development. Would suit as a second job.

The Role

Working under our Head Chef, you will support daily kitchen operations and service, helping deliver consistent, high-quality Italian food with pride, speed and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking pasta and sauces and traditional and modern Italian dishes
- Supporting service with strong timing, presentation and consistency
- Assisting with food prep and kitchen production
- Stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance standards





Pasta making and pizza experience will be highly regarded.

About You

To be successful, you will be:

- Experienced (minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred)
- Reliable, consistent and a strong team player
- Passionate about Italian cuisine and quality ingredients
- Calm under pressure with great communication skills
- Committed to cleanliness, standards and quality control

- Initial hours are Fri and Saturday evenings
- Opportunity for increased hours over time
