We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, preferably Now Assist, Generative AI (GenAI), or Agentic AI.

Experience with Calyx and/or AWS AgentCore, along with an understanding of Assurance operations and workflows, will be highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work within a Pod Model delivery structure, bringing together architectural solution components and business requirements to translate them into explicit, concise, and actionable requirements ready for development.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to understand business needs and solution requirements.
- Translate business requirements and architectural solution components into clear, structured, and actionable functional requirements.
- Analyse and document ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions across ServiceNow, including Now Assist, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a Pod Model to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs.




- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and ready for development, testing, and implementation.
- Support the delivery team throughout the development lifecycle by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, workflows, and architecture.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, preferably Now Assist, GenAI, or Agentic AI.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical architecture.
- Experience translating high-level requirements and solution designs into detailed, build-ready requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborative Pod Model delivery structures.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Calyx and/or AWS AgentCore.
- Understanding of Assurance operations, processes, and workflows.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation and intelligent workflow solutions within ServiceNow.
- Experience collaborating with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
