About us

Dr Mobile Fix is a local phone and computer repair and accessories store in Bondi Junction, approximately a two-minute walk from the train station. We help customers with device repairs, everyday tech problems and accessories that suit their needs.

We’re looking for a reliable, organised team member to join us in a combined sales and repair role. Previous experience is valued, but we also welcome applicants with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

About the role

You’ll work across customer service, accessory sales and device repairs, with technical responsibilities matched to your skills and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers, understanding their needs and explaining suitable products and repair options
- Selling phone accessories and recommending relevant products and services
- Fitting screen protectors and assisting with device setup and basic troubleshooting
- Carrying out device checks and repairs within your training and ability
- Recording repair jobs accurately and keeping customers informed of progress
- Processing payments and assisting with stock checks, replenishment and store presentation

About you

We’re looking for someone who:





- Communicates fluently and confidently in English, including face-to-face conversations and phone enquiries
- Has an interest in smartphones, computers and consumer technology
- Works carefully, stays organised and follows procedures
- Enjoys helping customers and making thoughtful product recommendations
- Shows initiative, takes responsibility and works well in a small team
- Is consistently available to work at least one weekend day each week — Saturday or Sunday
- Has valid Australian work rights; temporary visa holders must have at least 12 months remaining on their visa

Experience in phone repair, accessories, retail sales or customer service is preferred, but is not essential. Applicants without repair experience are welcome if they are keen to learn.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $86,480.00 per year
