About the Role

We are urgently seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate female Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing 24/7 support for a participant in Redbank Plains, QLD.

We are looking for friendly and caring support workers who are confident in providing personal care and committed to delivering safe, respectful and person-centred support.

Shift Details

- Morning: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Overnight: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (sleepover)
- Days: Monday to Sunday
- Start: ASAP

Please note: Overnight sleepover shifts may change to active overnight shifts in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing and hygiene.
- Supporting daily routines and personal needs.
- Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity.
- Providing safe, reliable and consistent support.
- Communicating effectively with the participant and care team.
- Additional support requirements will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.

What We're Looking For





- Female support workers preferred - participant preference
- Previous experience in disability support and personal care.
- Friendly, patient, compassionate and reliable.
- Positive communication skills.
- Availability for ongoing shifts, including weekends and overnight support.
- Ability to start immediately or as soon as possible.
