Safety Trainer
The Role
We are seeking a Safety Trainer to support workforce competency, operator training and safety compliance. You will:
- Deliver operator training and competency assessments;
- Maintain training records and competency matrices in INX;
- Review and update training materials; and
- Conduct site observations and inspections to promote safe work practices.

About you
To be successful in this role you will come with:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
- Experience in training and competency assessments, ideally within mining;
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail; and
- A hands-on approach to safety and workforce development.
