Solar & Battery Sales Consultant – High Earnings + Weekly Retainer

NRG7 is an Australian-owned and operated company and a well-established brand in the renewable energy industry. We are a CEC Approved Solar Retailer, operating across Australia with international business interests.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced, motivated and results-driven Solar & Battery Sales Consultants to join us.

The Opportunity

Your job is simple: Visit pre-booked appointments, present our solutions and close the deals.

You will be selling residential Solar PV and Battery packages to homeowners, with additional opportunities to upsell:

- Heat Pumps
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program

We provide 10–15 warm, pre-booked appointments every week, with the opportunity to receive more based on performance.

You focus on selling. We take care of generating appointments and providing the platform for your success.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of face-to-face Solar and Battery sales experience.
- Good understanding of solar products, battery systems and the Australian renewable energy market.
- Proven ability to present solutions, handle objections and close sales.
- Experience selling Heat Pumps,



Air Conditioners or VEU products will be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Willingness to travel to customer appointments when required.
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 days per week.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine desire to earn.
